Там, де схили ніжно диха́ють тінню,
І дерева шепочуть казки у вітряну днину,
Сховались хатки під стріхами тиші —
Мов спогади давні, як серце їх пише.
Палітра — мов сонце у вечірній імлі,
Зелене, багряне — все грає в теплі.
Дорога веде у задуму глиб,
Де світ ще не знає ані болю, ні кривд.
Це не просто пейзаж — це душі куточок,
Де затишок дихає з кожним мазочком.
Краєвид, де фарби живі
Розчиняє у серці тривоги усі.

В цій роботі зображено не просто пейзаж, а стан душі: тут не чути гулу мегаполісу, лише шелест листя, дерев’яні хати і дорога, яка нікуди не поспішає.
Картина — як ковток свіжого повітря, ідеально підійде для всіх, хто мріє про “відключити вайфай і включити природу”.

Водоспад Білий звір розташований обабіч дороги неподалік села Синевирська Поляна. Холодна вода падає зі скелястого схилу гори, з-поміж смерек і буків, переливаючись по камінню, перетворюється в шумовиння.
Білий звір мінливий за "характером". Навесні, коли у горах тануть сніги, він повноводний і несеться вниз до річки Тереблі з великою швидкістю та гуркотом. Влітку, за тривалої посухи, цей водоспад "заспокоюється", його русло звужується, але восени знову "пробуджується" і аж гримить вода в каміння. А взимку – "спить". White Beast Waterfall is located on both sides of the road near the village of Synevyrska Poliana. Cold water falls from the rocky mountain slope between the spruce and beech, pours over the stones, and turns into noise.
The White Beast Waterfall is changeable “by nature”. In spring, when the snow melts in the mountains, it is full of water, and rushes down to Tereblia river with great speed and roar. In summer, during a long drought, this waterfall “calms down”, and its gutter narrows. But in autumn it “wakes up” again, and water rumbles in the rocks. And it “sleeps” in winter. When severe frosts reign over the Carpathians, the “exhausted” mountain waterfall freezes, embracing the rock with ice.

I painted this landscape in the fall at the Synevyr Pass. This is a very picturesque place where you can see the ridge of the Carpathian Mountains all around. It was interesting to observe how the lighting of the landscape changes during the day. This work was painted in the afternoon.

Будинок художника - це затишний готель в селі Синевирська поляна. Будиночок сам дуже цікавий, і знаходиться в чарівному місті, серед Карпатських гір. Таке враження, що я опинилася в одній з тих казок, які розповідала мені бабуся в дитинстві. А ще тут знаходиться постійна виставка художника Віктор Чепинець , господаря будинка. Ну як таку красу можна було не написати?!

The Artist's House is a cozy hotel in the village of Synevyrska Polyana. The house itself is very interesting, and it is located in a charming town, among the Carpathian Mountains. I feel like I'm in one of those fairy tales my grandmother used to tell me as a child. There is also a permanent exhibition of the artist Viktor Chepynets, the owner of the house. How could I not paint such beauty?

Легенда про походження назви села: "Височать над селом три гори: Шаян, Шаяниха, Шаянчик (Шаяненя). З міжгір'я збігає потічок, чистий, як сльоза, жебонить, ніби розповідаючи легенду про сиву давнину. Злі вороги напали на село, підпалили хати, убивали людей. І тільки сім'ї Шаянів вдалося сховатися в лісі. Та помітили це нелюди і кинулися в погоню. Першим загинув батько, захищаючи родину. Де впав замертво, виросла найвища гора — Шаян. Знесилена мати, прикриваючи сина, бігла вперед. Але ворожа стріла вп'ялася у серце хлопчини. Мати опустила його на зелений барвінок, і на тому місці виросла найменша гора Шаянчик (Шаєня). Ще декілька кроків пробігла жінка і впала зморена. На тому місці височить зараз гора Шаяниха."

Legend about the origin of the village name: “Three mountains rise above the village: Shayan, Shayanichka, Shayanchyk (Shayanenia). A stream runs down from the intermountain, clear as a tear, and it sounds as if it is telling a legend of ancient times. Evil enemies attacked the village, set fire to the houses, and killed people. Only the Shayan family managed to hide in the forest. But the inhumans noticed this and gave chase. The father was the first to die, defending his family. Where he fell dead, the highest mountain, Shayan, grew up. The exhausted mother, covering her son, ran forward. But an enemy arrow pierced the boy's heart. The mother put him down on the green periwinkle, and the smallest mountain, Shayanchyk (Shayenya), grew in that place. The woman ran a few more steps and fell down, exhausted. Mount Shayanichka now stands on that spot.”

Tropea is the small but historic city of Calabria. It's nice to walk around and look at it from the sea or the peninsula. Houses are like part of the rocks on which they stand. The picture shows the time of the siesta, the heat itself, when the whole city is either asleep or hiding under umbrellas by the sea.

Храм Санта Марія дель Ізола знаходиться на півострові міста Тропеї. Перші згадки про нього датуються 370 р. до н.е.! З тих часів церква неодноразово руйнувалася і перебудовувалася. Сьогодні на скелястому пагорбі височіє великий і дуже мальовничий храм. Вдень він виблискує на сонці, в ввечері стає центром фантастичної західної панорами, що відкривається з центральної вулиці стежки Корсо Вітторіо - Емануеле ІІ.

The Church of Santa Maria del Isola is on the peninsula of Tropea. The first mention of it dates back to 370 BC! Since then, the church has been repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt. This large and very picturesque temple rises on a rocky hill today. It sparkles in the sun during the day. It becomes the center of a fantastic western panorama in the evening, which opens from the main street of the Corso Vittorio - Emanuele II.

Онде квітка остання розквітла, павутинка в повітрі летить.
Листя золотом щирим палає під промінням осіннім палким.
Вітерець між гілками зітхає, зачарований дивом таким.
Ну, а небо — безмежне і синє заворожує серце умить.
Подих вітру — і листя осіннє все летить, все летить і летить…
